Many writers have used paintings for their inspiration, while painters and illustrators have frequently been inspired by literature. Literature has been a source of inspiration for me throughout my artistic life. The focus of my paintings often centers on literary works. I enjoy the brilliant colors of nature, for they provide me with rich metaphors to develop my creative imagination in the paintings.
Since literature is not separated from my painting, my collaboration with authors who come from the heart, like Anthony Morrone, is a natural development. What attracts me the most is the sensuality of Anthony’s writings and the power of his imagery. They evoke my imagination and invite me to look for the hidden concepts that are so closely tied to his emotions.
 
What you experience through this book is meant to provide you a holistic, ongoing moment that will touch on the levels, from our hearts to your heart. What is so potent in the book are the images and words that give new hope in our search for the beloved.
